Leadership Exeprience Assessment (LEA)

The Leadership Experience Assessment (LEA) is a questionnaire designed to provide you with confidential, anonymous feedback on your leadership practices and potential. You will be asked to complete the LEA yourself (Self) as well as nominate several others (Observers) to do the same. Please give some consideration to the selection of your observers. They must be people who directly observe you in your leadership role. We suggest that you select a group of 10-12 observers including all of your direct reports, your immediate manager, a selection of coworkers and 2-3 people from outside your organization who have direct exposure to your leadership.

Leadership Dimensions Report (LDR)

The Leadership Dimension Survey (LDR) will ask you to rate words that refer to values, ideas, or personality aspects on a scale from “not very important” to “very important.” It is a self-assessment and in order for it to work you will need to rate every item. As you review each word in this assessment, please indicate how important it is to you in regards to how you view your personality, values, character, or self-description. Don’t try to figure out what the “right answers” are (since there aren’t any), just think honestly about how you view yourself and rate how important each item is to you.
